Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. 

During busy periods (launches, promotions), this may take a little longer however we will always keep you updated. 

UK Delivery

We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail. 

Standard Delivery: 2-4 working days. Price is calculated at checkout. 

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £75.00

Order tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, once it's with the courier, delays can occasionally happen. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we'll help to sort it.
